Printed QR codes enable specific resources to be booked or checked into in situ, here's how to download them.
Navigate to the 'Settings' > 'Spaces Settings' > 'Resources' tab in the SwipedOn dashboard.
From this List view in the Resources tab, you can click on 'Filters' to filter by your choice of Space, Category or Features to see the Resources available within each.
Once you have found the resource(s) you would like to download QR codes for, you can 'select all' by clicking the checkbox at the top of the table, or alternatively click individually on the checkbox next to select resources. Then select 'Download QR' from the 'Actions' dropdown, as shown below.
You will then be prompted to select your preferred download format - you can see the drop down of options available by clicking on the dropdown on the right of the field. Click 'Download'.
This will then generate a printable file for you to print off these QR codes to stick on to the applicable resource for a quick booking or check in option. These QR codes will list on them the name of the bookable resource, as well as the space this resource is assigned to, so you can easily tell which QR code should be placed where.
Printer Settings for QR code labels
To print to the following Avery formats (L7120, L7159, L7160, 94106, 94107, 94207, 94237), ensure you have your printer set to 'Fit to Paper'.
For all other sizing formats, ensure you have your printer set to 'Fit to Printable Area'.
