How to share a preboarding flow with visitors ahead of time

If you would like your visitors to complete preboarding before arriving on-site, you can share it with them via preregistration.

Navigate to the 'Visitors' > 'Preregistration' view of your SwipedOn web dashboard and select ‘Add Visitor’.

Populate the form with your visitor’s details and select ‘Send email invite’. If the selected visitor category has a preboarding flow assigned to it, you will see an option to include a visitor preboarding link in the invite.

When you click 'Preregister visit' the visitor will receive an email with the link to complete the preboarding flow.
