Setting up your printer to use ID labels with lanyards

Not only does using visitor ID labels create an impeccable sense of professionalism, but it also enhances security and allows for a frictionless visitor sign-out experience. 

When implementing a printer, we recommend the brother QL-820NWB. You can purchase this here. The label roll you select will be dependent on the dimensions of the lanyard used. 

The most commonly used supported label roll for this purpose is the DKN55224/DKN5224 continuous Length Non-Adhesive Paper Tape, 54mm x 30.48m.

However, if using a lanyard that requires a different size label, please find our Printers and Labels support article to select from the supported list of labels.
